Compassion and attorney are words that aren’t often used in the same sentence, but I can here. Bill represented me in a no-nonsense, professional, and effective manner. I had never been to family court, but Bill took the fear out of it for me with his representation. Divorce proceedings are complicated; when custody is placed into the equation it becomes exponentially so. Bill worked to settle things outside of court whenever he could, even arranging for 4-Way meetings. The office staff is courteous, competent, and supportive. In court, Bill is intense and never misses a beat. There were several occasions wherein the court was not supportive and would dismiss my concerns, but Bill did not allow this. Bill has worked with me through difficult times financially and stuck by me; he’s an honest and diligent attorney. I think what resonates most with me is that Bill cared about me as a father; he wanted to be sure I retained my rights as a father in a very hostile situation.
