Attorney Bill Edgar picked up my mess from another attorney I just fired and turned it golden. From paternity tests and issues, to past visitation and bio-mom trying to block every way I tried to interact with my son…whom I had not known till his 6th birthday when CPS called me asking if I wanted to go to my child custody hearing. I decided then and there to ride it all the way out.

My ex married someone else after a two week relationship with me. They named my son their name, on the birth cert., awarded him to bio-mom in their divorce-after notifying me via CPS. weird circumstances to say the least.

If a parent (man) does not assert his paternal relationship with 2 years of birth, the privilege of parenthood goes to whomever the mother deems. I was 4 years past the statute and Bill Edgar Law contested it and won!
Many other things came up in the case (which began when my son was 9). It lasted 2-1/2 years. I had to prove bonding-done. I had to build a foundation for a 730 evaluation-done. I WAS AWARDED SOLE LEGAL AND SOLE PHYSICAL CUSTODY AFTER BEGINNING WITH NO RIGHTS AT ALL. I owe it all to Bill Edgar and his trained team.
